looking back, of seeing with fresh eyes, of entering an old text from a new critical direction.”
This issue draws on the subversive power of creativity to reflect on how we live now, how we have been living, and how we have been led to imagine ourselves. “Until we can understand the assumptions in which we are drenched,” she adds, “we cannot know ourselves.
